Final Fantasy and Tomb Raider game publisher Square Enix has introduced a new initiative where game developers can present their new projects, in the hopes of seeing it picked up.

The program, called Collective, allows developers to pitch their games through the site and have their idea looked over and voted upon by members of the community. If it receives overwhelming feedback, the publisher will assist in getting funds for the project, utilizing a crowdfunding campaign through Indiegogo.

Pitches will be published every Monday as game ideas are received and approved. So far, the program has managed to attract one successful project, Tuque Games’ World War Machine, which is set to begin its crowdfunding at the end of the month.
