‘Titanfall’ Figures Planned

With Titanfall sweeping over the game industry, it’s no surprise that partners want to be on board with EA’s hit multiplayer shooter. Today, Threezero signed on as the latest one, as it will create a product line of figurines based on the popular game.

As part of the deal, Threezero will create 1/12 to 1/6 scale models of both Titans and pilots from the game. The company has already built a 1/12 scale model of the Atlas Titan, pictured above.

“We will disclose more details about figures,” said Threezero in a statement. “which we are making as we get closer to showing the prototype (which will happen really soon), however we can already say that Titan on this teaser is about 20″ tall and will come with the pilot.”

There’s no word as of yet on pricing and release date, but those who are itching to get a similar scale model of the Titan can pick up the Collector’s Edition of Titanfall, which comes with a large model from the game, for $250. It’ll have to do until Threezero releases its versions.

Special Edition Disney 3DS XL

As if GameStop’s recently announced 2DS model wasn’t enough Disney mania for fans, Nintendo has confirmed that yet another special edition Disney system is in the works, to coincide with the release of Disney Magical World next month.

This system is the 3DS XL model, featuring Disney images and the Magic Castle game logo on the front of a white coloring, as pictured above. The system will be sold exclusively through Wal-Mart locations, as well as Nintendo’s dedicated World store, which is located in New York.

The system will launch on April 11, alongside the game, although no pricing information was given. It’s also unsure as to whether the system will come with a copy of the game, although GameStop’s 2DS model does not.
