A Mortal Kombat launch trailer featuring System of a Down… are we sure it’s not the early 2000’s Okay, checked my calendar and it’s definitely still 2015, and this trailer definitely still kicks a lot of tail. SoaD is the perfect combination of recognizable and hard-hitting to fit the feel of the Kombat games, and X is looking as smooth and brutal as ever. Side thought – seems like they’re really pushing that there’s a story in this iteration of MK, something that has not been done with much success in past versions. If said story involves Liu Kang literally splitting someone in half, count me in. Side thought to the side thought – Pretty stoked to see Jax included, I know who I’ll be playing as.
