According to sources, the 3DS will have two screens, but the top screen of the system will be much larger. The top screen will also house the 3D imagery, with the bottom screen functioning like a touch pad on the original DS.

Another report says that the 3DS will come housed with a camera, quite possibly with 3D capabilities. The system will have carts like a Compact Flash card, which is proprietary to the system.

A tilt sensor or accelerometer is expected to be part of the system. Probably the biggest revelation, however, is that the system will have a short analog stick, not a nub like the PSP.
