Final Fantasy XIV for Xbox 360 has been put on hold, not canceled like recent reports have rumored it to be. Final Fantasy XIV producer Hiromichi Tanaka said that discussions are ongoing, but Xbox Live continues to be the largest roadblock.
We re still talking with Microsoft at the moment so there is no update as to when we ll start again, said Tanaka.
Final Fantasy XIV will release in September on PC, with a PS3 release scheduled for March 2011.
