Apple has filed a request that eight Samsung smartphones be banned from sale in the U.S. This follows a victory in court over a patent dispute where Apple says Samsung deliberately copied the design of the iPhone.

The eight phones are Galaxy Prevail, the Galaxy S II Epic 4G, Galaxy S 4G, Galaxy S II T-Mobile, Galaxy S Showcase, S II AT&T, S II Skyrocket, and the Droid Charge. This list includes four of Samsung’s best selling phones from the past two years, with the Galaxy prevail being the company’s best-selling device in the U.S. between 2010 and 2012, generating $378 million in revenue.

Judge Koh is expected to rule on the bans on September 20.
