As EA and BioWare s action role-playing game Mass Effect 2 hits shelves, it should get a boost from record-setting review ratings being handed to it by game press. As reported in Industry Gamers, the title is now the second highest rated Xbox 360 game listed at score aggregator Metacritic. Mass Effect has a 96 percent average score based on more than 30 reviews from game sites, including an astounding 18 perfect scores.  Its average score ties the game with 2007 titles BioShock from 2K Games and The Orange Box shooting game compilation from EA and Valve. The highest rated Xbox 360 game is Grand Theft Auto IV from Rockstar, with an average score of 98 percent.
