After one year of litigation, the ongoing legal matter between Take-Two and 3D Realms has been resolved. Take-Two’s charge that 3D Realms was in breach of contract for failing to deliver Duke Nukem Forever and 3D Realms’ counter-suit have been dismissed.

“We can confirm that the matter has been resolved, and the company is not providing additional details of the agreement,” said Alan Lewis, VP of Corporate Communications at Take-Two.

3D Realms let go all of its internal development staff for Duke Nukem Forever in May 2009 after over a dozen years in development.
