Ubisoft announced today that it will have an Online Pass for Assassin’s Creed III for $29.99. Along with expanding on the multiplayer aspect of the game, there will also be three episode content packs called “The Tyranny of King Washington.”
The all-new single-player campaign told through will feature an alternate history where George Washington names himself King. It will be up to Connor to depose a tyrant he once called friend.
“History is our playground — and AC teams have always loved playing with historical facts and their consequences as a way to better understand a time period,” said Sebastien Puel, Executive Producer at Ubisoft. “While Assassin’s Creed III concentrates on history as it happens, we wanted to take some liberties with this DLC and tell you how things ‘could have happened.'”
