Funzio is reportedly looking to raise $50 million at a $350 million pre-money valuation. This would be roughly twice the value that OMGPOP sold itself to Zynga for at about $180 million.
Funzio is the maker of Crime City and Modern War, which are popular RPGs on the iOS platform, both in the top 50 top grossing apps on the App Store. The studio envisions a future where all games work on both mobile devices and social networks like Facebook.
