Platinum Games has announced that they are developing a new game titled Max Anarchy for the PS3 and Xbox 360. Producer Atsushi Inaba (Viewtiful Joe, God Hand) said that this will be Platinum’s first online game.
The “Massively Multiplayer Melee Fighting Action” game will let numerous characters brawl with each other at the same time. There will also be an offline single-player mode and Jack from MadWorld will be included, even though he has nothing to do with the setting or story.
Sega has confirmed that they will publish the game, and that more details will be coming soon.
